If you received an EVENT CODE and REGISTRATION CODE, then please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Select the "Click Here for Instructions to Register" button to download the instructions to register online.

Step 2: Select "Click Here to Register" to register for the trip.

Step 3: This is optional but in case you need to renew your passport or if you wish to apply for Global Entry with TSA Precheck, please check the "Please Note" paragraph below.​

Registrations need to be completed by January 9, 2026. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact the RPS Travel Team.
Please Note: A passport is required to travel to Saint Lucia. It must be valid for at least 6 months after your return to the US – September 4, 2026. The legal name on your passport must match the name on your airline ticket EXACTLY. If you are in the process of applying for or renewing a passport, please see instructions in the Passport Information section of the registration.​For information on how to renew or apply for a passport, visit: https://travel.state.gov
